Hello and welcome! I’m Valerie, an occupational therapist with a heart for helping little ones thrive and supporting families as they navigate feeding challenges. My approach is gentle, playful, and family-centered, always tailored to what feels right for your little one and family. As a mom of two, I can relate to the evolving waves of motherhood and the challenges of feeding, bottle refusal, picky eating, and beyond.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from UC San Diego and Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. I am trained extensively in pediatric and infant feeding, infant development, tethered oral tissues, sensory oral-motor function, and sensory regulation. My years of pediatric hands-on clinical experience, specialized training, and my personal journey in motherhood have helped shape my practice today. Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing the sunshine, catching waves at the beach, and traveling with my family. I look forward to working alongside you and celebrating the small wins along the way!
